Policy underwriters

EUI Limited arranges the sale of motor and home insurance policies on behalf of other insurers. Further information may be found within the Insurance Product Information document; the insurers underwriting your policy are described in detail on your Certificate of Motor Insurance and within your PolicyBooklet.

Ancillary products supplementary to the motor and home insurance product are supplied on a similar basis, except that the insurers for those products may be different to those named above. Details of the product provider of each ancillary product supplied can be found in the relevant sections of this website and within the Insurance Product Informationdocument.

The precise coverage afforded by any insurance policy or other product issued by us is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policies as issued. A copy of all our policy documentation is available online and onrequest.

Motor Insurers' Bureau

Authorised insurers underwriting compulsory motor insurance are also obliged, by virtue of the Road Traffic Act 1988, to be a member of the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) and to contribute to its funding. The MIB was established in 1946 as a private company limited by guarantee for the purpose of entering into agreements with the Government to compensate the victims of negligent uninsured and untraced motorists. By asking for a motor insurance quote, you confirm that you or any policyholder have a UK address and that you will immediately notify us if you and/or your additional drivers no longer have one.

By asking for a home insurance quote, you confirm that you and any joint policyholders on the policy are UK residents and that you will immediately notify us if you, or any joint policyholders, stop being one.

By asking for a travel insurance quote, you confirm that you and any named persons on the policy are UK residents and that you will immediately notify us if anyone stops being a being a permanent UK resident.

By asking for a loan or car finance quote, you confirm that you are a permanent resident of England, Scotland or Wales and that you will immediately notify us you stop being a permanent resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

By asking for a pet insurance quote, you confirm that you are a UK resident and your pet lives with you at your declared UK address and that you will immediately notify us if this changes.

Legal exclusions and limitation of liability
